5. How do you pack the products?
- We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Inflatable products will be deflated and folded neatly before being placed in durable, waterproof bags. Fragile components, such as air pumps and accessories, are securely packed with additional padding to prevent damage during shipping.
6. What material are the inflatable products made of?
Our inflatable products are made of high-strength inflatable PVC material, which is wear-resistant, tear-resistant, UV-resistant, and waterproof to ensure durability and safety. We also offer TPU material option for the products, which is more expensive but more eco-friendly.
7. What is the lifespan of the inflatable products?
With normal use and maintenance, the lifespan of inflatable products can be up to 3 years or more. Please follow our maintenance and care recommendations to extend their lifespan.
8. What equipment is needed to inflate the products?
We provide high-efficiency air pumps/blower to ensure quick inflation and deflation. Please refer to the product manual for specific pump models and specifications.
9. How long does it take to install and disassemble the inflatable products?
The time required for installation and disassembling varies depending on the size of the product. Typically, small products take 5-10 minutes to be inflated, while larger products may take 30 minutes to 1 hour to be fully inflated. We provide detailed installation instructions and video tutorials to help you complete the process.

Inflatable products are suitable for use at family gatherings, parties, parks, swimming pools, schools, and commercial events.
11. What certificates do you have? Is your product safe?

For cleaning, use mild soap water and neutral detergent, avoiding corrosive chemicals. When storing, ensure the product is completely dry and kept in a cool, dry place. Please also avoid any sharp items around where you store your products. Please inspect the product and repair any damage with the repair kit regularly.
